TICKETS FOR TOURS
You visit our exhibition “Dialogue in the dark” as a tour with a maximum of 8 people. The tour includes a guided tour through the lightless exhibition with a blind or visually impaired guide. Four themed rooms await you, one of which is the DunkelBar. Here you have the opportunity to talk to the guide and your group over a drink in the dark.
From April 15 to June 27, 2026, our “Dialogue in the Dark” will become the special exhibition “WATER CREATURES: An Exhibition for Greater Water Awareness.” You’ll encounter the sensory element of water in our four exhibition rooms, one of which is the DunkelBar. Our guides will continue to answer your questions and accompany you on your journey of discovery. You can find more information on this page:
The tour lasts 60 minutes. Be there 30 minutes before the start! For the DunkelBar you need 5 € cash per person extra.
Important: No late admission. No cancellation, rebooking or money back.

We are happy to organize English tours upon request. We do not offer other foreign languages at the moment.
Our cancellation policy also applies to KUFTI cards (in case of no-show, the regular ticket price must be paid).
