Notice of Withdrawal
SUMMARY OF OUR NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL:
Currently, only undated tickets and vouchers from our product range are eligible for withdrawal within the timeframe specified in this notice of withdrawal. Further details are provided below, particularly in section 3.1 of the subsection “3. Exclusions and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal.”

This Notice of Withdrawal explains your rights and ours regarding the withdrawal of your contract with us.
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2 The withdrawal period is 14 days
- for service contracts, starting from the day the contract is concluded;
- for purchases of goods, starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods; for multiple goods in a single order, starting from receipt of the last item.

by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from your contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, though this is not required.
1.4 You may also use our electronic withdrawal function labeled “Withdraw from Contract,” located at the bottom of the footer on our website [https://dialogmuseum.de/en/]. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
1.5 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
2.2 If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
3. Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
3.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a specific date or time period for the provision of the service. This includes, in particular, time-specific admission tickets, guided tours with a fixed date, and similar scheduled experiential services.
3.2 The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of a service once we have fully performed the service.
